After that, you can pour the finished jam into sterilized jars and put away for storage.

This should be done in approximately equal layers: raspberries, granulated sugar, honey. Pull gauze rolled up in several layers over the neck of the bottle and put it in a warm place. The container with the future liquor must be periodically shaken and wait for the complete dissolution of granulated sugar. After that, pour in vodka and lemon juice, mix thoroughly, filter and, bottling, put away for storage.
