Ingredients:

Cooking

Cut off the tip with the stalk from pre-washed and dried eggplants. Cut the vegetable lengthwise into thin slices. Rub each plate with s alt and set aside.for 12-15 minutes. Thus, two problems can be solved at once: get rid of excessive bitterness and make the vegetable softer. After a quarter of an hour, rinse the s alted slices with running water, dry and, brushed on both sides with sunflower oil, fry in a pan until tender.
