In order to make Maxibon ice cream, a ready-made vanilla mixture is used, which is frozen in a freezer at a temperature of -25 degrees. During the freezing process, crystals form on the walls of the freezer, which are cut off by an electric rotary knife. The cut crystals are subsequently mixed with the rest of the mass. During the mixing process, the ice cream is saturated with oxygen. Add pre-prepared chocolate chips to the mixed mixture. Ice cream is now sent to dispensers.
The dispenser divides the ice cream into sticks. During the formation of ice cream in the dispenser, chocolate cookies are glued to the bars on both sides. Then the ice cream sticks pass through the freezing tunnel, where the temperature reaches -40 degrees. After that, the ice cream enters the conveyor. Here, each bar is covered with chocolate with puffed rice inside. The chocolate mass solidifies instantly, falling on the ice cream.
