Product List:

  • vanilla sugar - a couple of bags;
  • 0.5 kg flour;
  • thick jam (any);
  • 6 art. l. milk;
  • one egg yolk;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • 8 art. l. vegetable (refined) oil;
  • 250 g cottage cheese (fat-free);
  • baking powder - 1 sachet.

Cooking:

  1. First you need to grind the yolk with two types of sugar - regular and vanilla. We add cottage cheese, butter, baking powder and milk there. Beat it all with a mixer. At the end we add flour. Knead the dough by hand. It should be elastic, but not rigid. Cover the dough with a layer of cling film. We put it on the middle shelf of the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven by setting the temperaturemode at 180 °C.
  3. We take out the dough, which must be rolled out into a layer (0.5 cm - thickness). Cut into squares. In the center of each cake we place a spoonful of jam. Practical part:

  2. In another bowl, combine flour with baking powder. Then we entercurd mixture. Turn on the mixer again. Kneading the dough.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Leave for a few minutes.
  4. Now let's get on with the stuffing. We wash the apple with water. Remove the peel and seeds. Chop the pulp into cubes. Fill them with lemon juice. Add the indicated amount of cane sugar and honey. The filling is sweet and fragrant.
  5. Let's get back to the test. It is necessary to roll it into a layer (thickness 0.8-1 cm). Cut into squares. In the center of each of them we put 1 tbsp. l. sweet stuffing. Brush the edges with egg white. We fold the curd envelope, one by one. Top with a mixture of 1 tbsp. l. milk and yolk. We send the envelopes to the oven. Bake for 15 minutes. During this time, they will be covered with a golden crust.

  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • flour - a couple of glasses;
