Basically, salads from vegetables and herbs begin to “stack” with greens. So here - sliced romaine leaves are laid out in a salad bowl in a slide. Then, carrots cut into thin circles, small slices of tomatoes, potatoes, radishes, finely chopped onions are stacked around. Meat salad with Romano
