Light the fire (small) and bring the entire contents of the dishes to a homogeneous consistency. Stir constantly. Then pour everything into a special mold, pre-lubricated with butter. Place the mass for two hours in the refrigerator. If you do not freeze it, but use it right away, then, like chocolate fondant for a cake, it will look just great. It can cover cakes, cupcakes and other confectionery.

You may find it hard to believe, but a wonderful fudge (chocolate-flavored) can be made using an ingredient as far from confectionery as beer. To conduct such a culinary experiment, you should have 400 ml of light, weak beer in your kitchen; 350 g chocolate chips plus 400 g dark chocolate. Take a can of real condensed milk; 1.5 tsp fragrant vanilla extract; about 150 g of walnuts or other (at your discretion) nuts; 60 g caramel and 1 tsp. (required sea) s alt.
So, the preparation of this type of fudge should begin with finding a special pot with a thick bottom in which to place the beer. Then bring it to a boil. Preferably over medium heat.
You need to boil the beer for about half an hour, so that in the end it has sixty milliliters left. When you're done, take the pot off the stove and set it aside for now.
Take another container. Break all the chocolate into small pieces or just put all the chips in the pan. Add condensed milk there and light a slow fire. Stir the contents of your saucepan until the chocolate has melted. Remove the container from the stove to add finelychopped nuts, vanilla extract and previously brewed beer. Mix.
The resulting mass must be put in a pre-prepared glass form, covered with parchment. To harden it, you need to put it in the refrigerator for two to three hours. After the chocolate hazelnut beer fudge has hardened, drizzle caramel over the top. Help yourself!
