- onion - 1 pc.;
- sour cream - 200 g;

- vegetable oil for the frying pan.
Cooking procedure:
- Washed and dried legs (if the legs are large, you can separate them) put in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on all sides until crispy, but not cooked through.
- Cover a baking dish or a baking sheet with foil, spread the chicken legs on it. Sprinkle generously with fragrant chicken seasonings.
- Chop the onion finely and fry until translucent in the same pan where the chicken was cooked.
- Cut the mushrooms (but not finely), send to the onion and bring everything to a slightly golden color.

- Pour the chicken with sour cream sauce and put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-50 minutes (depending on the size of the legs).

- hard cheese - 100 g;
- garlic - 3-4 cloves;
- sour cream - 200 g;
- butter - 30 g;
- flour - 1-2 tbsp. l.;
- s alt, pepper, seasonings - to taste;
- dill.
