Soup in a slow cooker
I propose to start with a fragrant, satisfying, nutritious and tasty soup! This lentil dish in a slow cooker is prepared simply and it does not take much time from you. Prepare the required grocery list:
- lentils - 1 cup;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- potatoes - 2-3 pieces;
- onions - 1 piece;
- chicken fillet - 300 grams;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- bell pepper - 1 piece;
- s alt, pepper to taste;
- sunflower oil.
We start cooking the soup with the most standard preparations: we clean the vegetables, rub the carrots, chop the onion, chop the pepper and potatoes. We cut the meat into pieces. Having selected the “Baking” program, pour oil into the multicooker and send the onion to fry. After 4-5 minutes, put pepper and carrots in a bowl with onions. Mix and add meat. When the timer goes off, throw finely chopped garlic into the finished soup, add s alt if necessary and leave this yummy to simmer for a quarter of an hour on the “Heating” program.
