We will need: half a kilo of pork or beef tenderloin (the neck part is best), spices for meat, a couple of eggs, 250 gr. sifted flour, 0.5 l light beer, s alt.

Cut the pork or beef tenderloin into pieces 1 cm thick, beat well, sprinkle with spices and leave to “rest”. It is better not to s alt the meat: it will give juice, and the batter will drain.

Preparing the batter: beat beer, eggs, flour and a pinch of s alt thoroughly, add s alt and send the resulting mass to the refrigerator. The batter should be cold during frying, then a delicious crust will form.

Heat a frying pan well with vegetable oil or fat, dip the pieces of beaten meat in the existing mixture and send them to fry on both sides until dark golden.

Meat chops in batter can be served with vegetable salad, fried potatoes, stewed cabbage or steamed vegetables.
