Practical part
- To begin with, remove the husk from the garlic and onion. What's next? Chop the onion into cubes. And you can just chop the garlic cloves. Rinse peppers with tap water. We extract seeds from it. And the pulp should be crushed.
- Grate the cheese on a medium or large section of the grater. Quite a bit set aside. You will need this to decorate the dish.

- How long should the splash be prepared? The recipe calls for 5-7 minutes of frying on each side. As soon as the cutlet is browned, turn it over with a spatula. Is the other side fried too? Ural splash (recipe with garlic and cheese)
Grocery set:
- 500g meat (50% pork, 50% beef);
- garlic - 1 clove;
- 150g Mozzarella cheese;
- medium bulb;
- cilantro;
- hot pepper pod;
- half a lemon;
- a pinch of zira, coriander and pepper (black).
Detailed instructions
Step number 1. Grease the cutting board with oil. This will prevent the meat from sticking to it. Cut the pork and beef into pieces. Remove films and cores.
Step number 2. Now cut each flap across. We take an ax in our hands. We start cutting meat. At the end of the process, sprinkle the minced meat with spices. S alt. Add chopped ingredients: onion, hot pepper and herbs.
Step number 3. From the resulting minced meat we make one large cutlet. Transfer to a plate. We cover it with a lid. And now we put it on the middle shelf of the refrigerator.
Step number 4. After half an hour, we take out the "blanks" of splash. The washed board is again coated with oil. Minced meat is divided into 2 parts. We knead one of them well on the board. Let's clap her hand. The thickness of the meat cake should not exceed 1 cm. Otherwise, it is no longer a splash. The recipe involves adding garlic and herbs to it. Be sure to put the mozzarella chopped into cubes. With the help of a wide blade of a hatchet, we level the edges of the cutlets. We do the same with the second part of minced meat.
Step number 5. In a preheated pan, put the splash -2 pieces at once. Fry using oil. 6-8 minutes on each side. Drizzle with juice squeezed from half a lemon. Place the cutlets on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
