To make the base of the cherry cake you will need:

  • 200 g sugar;
  • a teaspoon of soda;
  • 150g sour cream;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder;
  • a glass of flour.

To make cream, take:

  • glass of sour cream;
  • a bag of vanillin;
  • 50g powdered sugar.

The process of making this cake is very fast and will not take you much time. First, pour boiled water over the raisins, leaving it for 10 minutes. Then drain the dried fruits in a colander to drain excess liquid.

Pour the prepared glass of water into a bowl, add butter, sugar and honey to it. Mix all this thoroughly. Grind spices in a coffee grinder or mortar, and then also send to the mixture. Put the flour herebaking powder and cocoa powder. Stir the mixture until a homogeneous, smooth state, then send chopped nuts and steamed raisins into it.
