Dough kneading process
Banana cake can be made from any base, but this dessert is most delicious from a tender and soft biscuit. To prepare it, you need to break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. The first ones need to be beaten with a whisk, and the second put together with granulated sugar, sour cream and 2 peeled bananas in a blender and grind until a homogeneous gruel is obtained. Next, both masses must be combined, and then, stirring regularly, add wheat flour to them. In order for the banana cake to turn out large andlush, baking soda must be added to the biscuit dough, which should be quenched with apple cider vinegar.
Bake the cake
The resulting dough must be poured into a baking dish, greased with oil, and then sent to the oven for 45 minutes. After this time, the banana biscuit should be removed from the dish, put on a cutting board and cool in the air. In the meantime, you can start making buttercream.

Sour cream-banana cake should be formed only after the biscuit has completely cooled down. Next, it must be cut into three cakes (if the height allows), and then put one part on the cake dish and generously grease it with cream. In order for the dessert to turn out original, it is desirable to lay out on top of each cakethin slices of fresh banana. You should have a tall enough cake with sweet cream and fruit.
It is desirable to cover the surface of the dessert with white icing. To do this, melt milk light chocolate along with two tablespoons of milk and butter. Then warm icing needs to be poured over the cake and, until it has frozen, put banana slices on it.
Proper serving
