You need:

  • half a kilo of chicken fillet;
  • two pickled cucumbers;
  • 10gs alt;
  • a teaspoon of paprika;
  • a little flour;
  • two eggs;
  • 30 ml sunflower oil;
  • water - 1 cup;
  • 60 ml sour cream;
  • tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp. l.;
  • a few bay leaves.

Cooking sequence:

  1. Rinse the fillet, cut into small plates.
  2. Spread out on a cutting board and cover with cling film, beat with a hammer.
  3. Cut cucumbers into strips.
  4. Spread the meat on the board, sprinkle with s alt, paprika, put a piece of cucumber on the edge.
  5. Wrap meat with cucumber roll.
  6. When all the rolls are wrapped, roll them in flour and dip in a beaten egg.
  7. Put in the pan and fry for three minutes on both sides.
  8. Prepare the sauce, for which mix sour cream with tomato paste and add water, bay leaf.

  • 100g cheese;
  • 25 ml vegetable oil;

  1. Chicken fillet should be thoroughly washed, beaten on both sides, s alt and pepper.
  2. Cut the tomato and cheese into long slices.

  • 50 g flour;

  6. Wrap the roll, dip in egg and breadcrumbs.

Chicken fillet with tangerines
