The dish is ready. You can cut the fish into portions and serve with any side dish.

Pink salmon in foil with potatoes
To prepare the dish, you will need the following ingredients: a whole carcass of fish weighing no more than one kilogram, four large potatoes, a tomato, a lemon, one hundred grams of hard cheese, a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, an onion.
Grate pink salmon with spices and s alt, brush with juice of 1/2 lemon. Grease the foil with oil, lay out half the potatoes, which are cut into rings and s alt. It will require: fish fillet, one large carrot and tomato, two small onions, lemon, s alt and any fresh herbs.
Cut pink salmon into slices of the same thickness, s alt each of them a little and squeeze out lemon juice. Next, let's move on to vegetables. Coarsely grate carrots, tomatoescut into circles. Chop the onion into half rings and sauté until transparent. S alt it a little and pepper it.
