As with any other fish, you can cook a great variety of all kinds of dishes from pink salmon. Preparatory stage

If you decide to cook a salad of boiled pink salmon, the fish must be properly prepared for consumption. First of all, the washed and gutted carcass is immersed only in cold water. It is cooked from 10 minutes to a quarter of an hour after boiling the contents of the pan, depending on the size. The fish is s alted only when the water is already boiling. When cooking, you can add lavrushka, onions (preferably a whole onion), celery and carrots - this way the pink salmon will become fragrant and the fishy smell will be beaten off.

Salads with boiled fish

Smoked pink salmon

Usually this fish is smoked in a hot way, and it is used in most snacks. However, cold-smoked pink salmon salad has a very delicate taste, so try cooking it.

In addition to the fish itself, the dish includes pickled cucumbers (pickled, but the taste of vinegar slightly spoils the final result), an egg and mayonnaise. It is recommended to spread the finished dish again on lettuce leaves, but this is not necessary. This pink salmon salad is not s alted. The fish is butchered: the bones are removed, and the carcass itself is cut. If desired, you can simply tear it with your hands. Cucumbers are rubbed on a coarse grater or cut into strips.
