  3. Squeeze the cucumber mass, and then add to the pan. Stew the mass with constant stirring for another 40 minutes.
  4. 10 minutes before the end, enter the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Put the resulting mixture into a blender and turn into a homogeneous mass.

Cooking such a dish is very interesting:

  1. First, cucumbers must be freed from tough skins, and the rest cut into thin slices.
  2. Chop greens with garlic arbitrarily.
  3. Put cucumbers and garlic with chopped herbs alternately in layers at the bottom of a wide dish. Carefully cover the structure with currant leaves and pour with s alt solution.
  4. Place a plate on top and set oppression.
  5. Refrigerate the structure for 24 hours.
  6. Tomorrow you can start s alting. To do this, first put currant leaves at the very bottom of each jar.
