About the manufacturer

Krasnodar Territory in Russia is famous not only for its resorts and the sea, but also for its wine. It is here in the village of Taman that the Fanagoria winery is located. • Early Magaracha.
• Saperavi.

All of them are grown by the Phanagoria agricultural complex on their own plantations, which, by the way, determines the relatively low cost of a bottle of wine. It is worth at least once to look for the coveted name on the shelves of the wine store.

Finding Black Doctor liqueur wine on store shelves is quite problematic - either connoisseurs immediately buy it, or it is rarely imported at all. But in vain! The cost of one bottle fluctuates, depending on the pricing policy of the store, in the range of 200-250 rubles. But this applies to the liqueur type! Be sure to read the label and ingredients carefully. But a semi-sweet table with the same name will cost about 100 rubles cheaper. And, of course, the form of release also plays a big role. So, table semi-sweet in a box will be even cheaper than in a darkened glass bottle. The label, by the way, does not affect the taste of the drink and its cost (the exception is the numbered series), but you need to look for exactly the Black Doctor wine that is made in Fanagoria, since there are still similar and even namesake ones that are not related to solar Krasnodar village. And they can be completely different in taste, as well as in composition.

Liquor wine

This is what many ladies liked. The combination of grape varieties is chosen as successfully as possible. The taste of the wine turned out to be very tart, but sweet. Despite the fact that the strength of the drink is nottoo large (15%), there is a slight dope in the head after the second glass. That is why connoisseurs recommend drinking it with a good meat dinner. And no more than one glass. Sugar is enough - 150 grams per liter of drink. The composition of the Black Doctor liquor wine also includes spicy herbs, such as nutmeg and coriander, oregano and St. John's wort, cloves. For the popular winter drink, mulled wine, there is no better base. In fact, you don't even need to cook it! Just warm up the wine, add some more fragrant herbs, cinnamon and orange. But in its pure form, the drink is worth attention - rich with a rich ruby color, playing in the rays of light.

Table semisweet

Cherry notes predominate in its taste, only slightly diluted with the aroma of blackcurrant. Not to mention that there is also an ideal proportion of grape varieties. As a result, the manufacturer managed to create a wine that is attractive in taste and aroma, which goes perfectly with fruits, meat, poultry and sweets. There is little sugar in the drink - 30-40 grams per liter. The taste is no longer as rich and dense as that of the liqueur version. That is why many, having first tasted liqueur wine, and then table wine, believe that they have come across a fake. And, of course, there are no herbs and spices in the composition of the semi-sweet "Black Doctor". This is an average, but very good inexpensive wine. It is better to serve the drink chilled, not warm. Its strength is usual for this type of alcohol - 12%. Slightly less than the liqueur wine of the same name.
