After 20 minutes, you need to check the biscuit by piercing it with a match - if there are no dough residues on it, then the dough is ready.
- We take the biscuit out of the oven, and after cooling, cut it into 2-3 cakes.
- While the biscuit is cooling, you can prepare the cream. To do this, bring to a boil 400 ml of milk and add 3 tbsp. l. decoys. Groats should be cooked over low heat for about 15 minutes. You need to stir it all the time until a thick porridge forms.
- Cool the semolina and add 200 g of butter, a package of vanilla sugarand a pinch of citric acid. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- For the glaze you will need to melt a chocolate bar with milk in a water bath.
- After that, you can start assembling the cake. We lightly coat the cakes with orange juice, after which we treat each layer with cream (it is better not to smear it around the edges so that the cream does not spread outside the cake).
