To prepare Japanese miso soup, you will need five hundred milliliters of water, a couple of tablespoons of miso paste, a spoonful of fish sauce, a couple of shiitake mushrooms, fifty grams of rice noodles, fifty grams of tofu soy cheese and fresh green onions. This recipe is also suitable for vegetarians, but you can use completely different ingredients. This is miso soup - you can put seaweed, vegetables, rice, eggs, seafood, chicken or salmon in it. Either way, it will be delicious. Let's start cooking. Boil insaucepan with water, reduce the heat to low, add the miso paste and stir thoroughly so that it is completely dissolved in the broth. If you want to add fish sauce, do so at this stage. The Japanese also use a special dashi broth instead, but it is very difficult to buy in Europe, so it is quite possible to try to replace it with other ones.

Send the mushrooms, cut into small slices, and noodles into the pan. Boil for a few minutes without adding fire. Pour the finished miso soup into bowls or plates, in which diced soy cheese and fresh onions are already prepared. To get the full taste of this classic Japanese dish, you can use a ceramic spoon instead of a regular one. However, a real Japanese could simply drink the broth and catch the food with chopsticks.

This version of the dish is suitable even for those who are very wary of culinary experiments. Almost all of its components are ordinary products used daily in familiar dishes. But this soup also has Japanese notes. In short, this recipe is perfect for conservatives.

You will need one hundred grams of chicken fillet, twenty milliliters of rice vinegar, twenty grams of carrots, three hundred milliliters of mushroom broth, forty grams of miso paste, fifty grams of mushrooms, eighty grams of rice noodles, a little fresh onion and cilantro, one chili pepper. Cut the chicken fillet in half, leave one half and the othercut into strips. Marinate in vinegar. Chop the carrots into thin strips, and cut the mushrooms into slices. Heat up the broth and boil the rice noodles in it. Fry the remaining whole half of the fillet and cut it into thin slices. Add carrots, mushrooms, marinated chicken strips, miso paste to the soup and stir. Cut the fried chicken, chili and fresh herbs into serving bowls, pour over soup and serve.
