Japanese cuisine, long a secret to the rest of the world, has been steadily gaining popularity in recent years. This is not surprising, since her dishes are exotic enough to attract attention, but not too difficult to prepare. Many ingredients previously only available to the Japanese are now available in mainstream supermarkets.

Product ratio shown is for two servings. To prepare Japanese miso soup, you will need five hundred milliliters of water, a couple of tablespoons of miso paste, a spoonful of fish sauce, a couple of shiitake mushrooms, fifty grams of rice noodles, fifty grams of tofu soy cheese and fresh green onions. This recipe is also suitable for vegetarians, but you can use completely different ingredients. This is miso soup - you can put seaweed, vegetables, rice, eggs, seafood, chicken or salmon in it. Either way, it will be delicious. Let's start cooking. Boil insaucepan with water, reduce the heat to low, add the miso paste and stir thoroughly so that it is completely dissolved in the broth. The Japanese also use a special dashi broth instead, but it is very difficult to buy in Europe, so it is quite possible to try to replace it with other ones.
Send the mushrooms, cut into small slices, and noodles into the pan. Boil for a few minutes without adding fire. Pour the finished miso soup into bowls or plates, in which diced soy cheese and fresh onions are already prepared. To get the full taste of this classic Japanese dish, you can use a ceramic spoon instead of a regular one. However, a real Japanese could simply drink the broth and catch the food with chopsticks.
