Cooking

Wash the potatoes thoroughly in running water and, without peeling, boil until half cooked. Finely grate the cheese, chop the greens. Pass the garlic through the press. For this rather hearty dish you will need 50 grams of mayonnaise, 60 gr. sour cream, three cloves of garlic, spices, 100 gr. cheese, a little sunflower oil, a spoonful of apple cider vinegar and one onion. Also take 300 gr. potatoes and 200 gr. chicken.

Cooking

Cut the chicken into small portions and marinate in apple cider vinegar with chopped onion and s alt. Put the meat in the refrigerator for a day. Prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream, crushed garlic, spices, oil and mayonnaise. Lubricate the form in which the dish will be baked with sunflower oil. Peel off the skin and cut the potatoes into slices. Mix it with half of the sauce and place on a baking sheet. Put the chicken on top. Drizzle the dish with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Add some water and cover well with foil. To prepare the dish you will need onion, bell pepper, carrot, tomato and garlic - all in one piece (for 1 serving). Also take 0.5 kgsea fish fillet, seasoning and 4 potatoes.
