In the cold season, you often want to treat yourself and your loved ones to something tasty and high-calorie. Summer salads of fresh vegetables are being replaced by more substantial dishes. Mild hard cheese (150 grams) is rubbed on a coarse grater. Now let's move on to the bow. For a salad, one medium onion is enough. It should be very finely cut into cubes, pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then put the onion in a colander and let it dry thoroughly.
