At the same time, they will be fried again and at first they will have a crispy crust. If they are not immediately laid out from a warm pan, the crust will soften. The fire during re-frying, of course, should be minimal so that the pancake has time to warm up from the inside.

This is the easiest recipe ever. The product turns out delicious because all the components are well combined with each other.

Put the wheat flour into a saucepan. For a pound of flour, you need to put 1-2 eggs. Add sugar as desired. And s alt is a must. For thin pancakes, baking soda is not needed. The dough can be prepared with pure milk or diluted by half with water. It should turn out so liquid that if it is poured from a spoon, a thin stream would flow. The thickness of such a stream is about 1.5 mm. Sufficient dough liquid is always checked on the first pancake: the dough spreads well in the pan.

Here's what else is important: before pouring oil into the pan, the dishes must be heated until smoke appears. This is how old particles of stuck food burn, due to the presence of which pancakes always stick. After a little smoke has risen from the pan, you canpour oil into it (quite a bit, about one tablespoon), then a small ladle of dough. When pouring, immediately distribute the dough in the pan, tilting the dishes in different directions in a circle.

Thin pancakes can be fried over medium heat: they will have time to bake. But, of course, it is necessary to turn over.

Don't use plastic spatulas when working with pancakes because they won't withstand the heat of the pan. The plastic will melt, but it won't show against the dark pan.

Cooking stuffing for pancakes with cabbage and egg:

  1. Cabbage finely chopped. You can add finely chopped onions to it. For 200 g of white cabbage - 1 large onion. Fry the two components in vegetable oil on the smallest fire.
