- Clean the fish from the insides, remove the head, fins and scales. Rinse the carcasses well under running water.

- Peel the potatoes or leave it if the tubers are only from the garden. Cut into slices, place on a greased baking sheet.

- S alt, add vinegar, bay leaf, pepper, and maybe a spoonful of sugar if the beets are unsweetened. Simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet, put stewed vegetables on top. Place notothenia in the oven for 25-30 minutes. You need to bake at 140-160 degrees.
Fish in foil portioned
Cooking notothenia in the oven in separate bags is not the fastest thing, but each guest will receive an individual portion of fish. This way you can cook according to your personal preferences.
