  • 1 tsp wheat flour;

How to make Bolognese pasta:

1. Wash and clean vegetables. Onion, carrot and garlic cut into cubes. Grind the liver and ham - you can also cubes. Put the liver in a pan and fry a little in oil. Then add chopped garlic, onion and tomato paste. We add a little bit of oil. Fry for 5 minutes. We send carrots and ham to the pan. Pour in the broth prepared in advance and brought to a boil. We cook 10 minutes. Add chopped liver.

  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • 350 g champignon;
  • bunch of parsley;

  • 400g canned tomatoes;
  • spaghetti;
  • 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
  • 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

1. We clean the onion and garlic. Chop them up and put them in the pan. Lightly fry with oil. Add 2/3 mushrooms. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Greens need to be chopped and sent to the pan. Fry vegetables for 10 minutes.

2. To make the dish bright and fragrant, you need to add tomato paste and basil to it. Cook the stew for another 2 minutes. At the very end, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

3. Boil spaghetti in a small saucepan, then distribute among plates. Put the stew on top.
