Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 300 ml vegetable broth;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- 350 g champignon;
- bunch of parsley;
- one medium onion;
- 2 tsp basil (dried);
- 400g canned tomatoes;
- spaghetti;
- 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Spaghetti Bolognese is prepared like this:
1. We clean the onion and garlic. Chop them up and put them in the pan. Lightly fry with oil. Add 2/3 mushrooms. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Greens need to be chopped and sent to the pan. Fry vegetables for 10 minutes.
2. To make the dish bright and fragrant, you need to add tomato paste and basil to it. Cook the stew for another 2 minutes. At the very end, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
3. Boil spaghetti in a small saucepan, then distribute among plates. Put the stew on top.
