- 1 kg of twisted beef.
- 30g uns alted butter.
- 60g crumbled bread.
- 125 ml heavy cream.
- 500 ml stock.
- 1 white onion.
- 2 raw selected eggs.
- 2 tbsp. l. baking flour.
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest.
- S alt, pepper, nutmegand vegetable oil.
Step number 1. Minced meat balls are prepared quite simply. To begin with, twisted beef, browned onions, crumbled bread, eggs and lemon zest are combined in a deep container.
Step number 2. All this is s alted, seasoned, thoroughly kneaded and arranged in the form of small balls.
Step No. 3. The resulting products are transferred to a baking sheet and baked at 200 0C for about a quarter of an hour.
Step No. 4. After the designated time has elapsed, they are poured over with a sauce consisting of broth, cream and flour fried in melted butter, and then warmed up for a short time in a working oven.
Pork with semolina
This flavorful dish with a delicious creamy sauce will be a great addition to pasta or mashed potatoes. It is cooked in the oven without prior frying in an oiled pan. To serve it for a family dinner, you will need:
- 500g lean pork.
- 150 g Russian cheese.
- 3 raw selected eggs.
- 1 white onion.
- 5 tbsp. l. dry semolina.
- ½ cup each of curdled milk and homemade sour cream.
- S alt and seasonings.
Step number 1. Pre-washed pork is twisted through a meat grinder and combined with raw eggs.
Step number 2. The resulting mass is supplemented with semolina and grated onion.
Step number 3. All this is s alted, seasoned, mixed with 100 g of cheese chips and made into small balls.
Step 4. The resulting products are transferred to a deep form and poured with a sauce consisting of sour cream, curdled milk, s alt and spices.
Step number 5. All this is sprinkled with the remaining cheese chips and sent for heat treatment. Prepare minced meat balls in an oven preheated to 180 0C. After thirty minutes, the temperature is reduced to 150 0C and wait another half an hour.
Beef with curd cheese
This fragrant and very appetizing dish is somewhat similar to meatballs. Thanks to baking in the oven, it turns out incredibly juicy and soft. A special zest is given to it by the presence of tomato sauce. To easily reproduce this minced meat balls recipe, you will need:
- 1 kg ground beef.
- 170 g curd cheese.
- 1 white onion.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- 2 eggs.
- ½ cup breadcrumbs.
- S alt, spices, herbs, vegetable oil and tomatoes in their own juice.
Step number 1. First you need to do the minced meat. It is combined with curd cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped herbs, spices and s alt.
Step number 2. All this is supplemented with eggs and 5 tbsp. l. deodorized vegetable oil, and then intensively knead and shape into balls.
Step number 3. The resulting products are laid out on parchment and baked at a temperature of 190 0C.
Step number 4. Thirty minutes later, the finished balls are poured with a sauce made from tomatoes stewed with sautéed onions, garlic and spices.

The method below makes delicious deep fried minced meat balls. They go well with fresh vegetables and any savory sauces, which means they are ideal for a hearty and he althy dinner. To prepare them you will need:
- 700 g of fatty pork.
- 400g fresh beef liver.
- 100 g good butter.
- 2 white onions.
- 1 raw egg yolk.
- 1/3 cup baking flour.
- S alt, spices and deodorized oil.
Step number 1. First you need to do the liver and onions. They are washed, cut and individually fried in melted butter.
Step No. 2. Once they are cool, they are processed with a meat grinder, s alted and mixed.
Step 3 Now it's time to prepare the pork. It is washed, twisted and combined with egg yolk.
Step number 4. Then it is s alted, kneaded, divided into parts and flattened into cakes.

- 100 g thick non-sour sour cream.
- 100 ml milk cream.
- 80 g of any hard cheese.
- 1 selected egg.
- S alt, water, dried dill, vegetable oil and granulated garlic.
Step number 1. Grinded chicken is combined with egg, cottage cheese, breadcrumbs and cream.
Step 2. All this is s alted, seasoned and mixed thoroughly.
Step number 3. Small, approximately identical balls are formed from the finished minced meat, each of which is stuffed with a small piece of cheese.
Step number 4. The resulting products are browned in an oiled frying pan and poured with half a glass of water mixed with sour cream. All this is stewed under the lid for about half an hour and served with any suitable side dish.

- 120 g thick sour cream.
- 3 tbsp. l. soft butter.
- 3 tbsp. l. not very hot mustard.

Step number 2. All this is supplemented with a bun soaked in milk, s alt and seasonings, mixed and decorated in the form of balls.

These hearty balls of minced meat are somewhat reminiscent of the usual meatballs. They are served hot and are even suitable for a children's menu. To prepare them, you will need:
- 650 g of twisted beef.
- 200g rice.
- 3 bay leaves.
- 1 raw egg.
- 1 small carrot.
- 1 medium white onion.
- S alt, pepper, oregano, herbs and vegetable oil.
Step 1. Washed vegetables are peeled, chopped and sautéed in a greased frying pan.
Step 2. Fried onions and carrots are cooled slightly, and then combined with minced meat and raw egg.
