  • cheese (200g);
  • mayonnaise or sour cream (100 g);

First, we need to cut the pork into even slices about 2 centimeters thick each. After that, it is better to beat off the pieces so that they turn out to be more juicy and soft, and put them on a baking sheet, as close to each other as possible.

Then grate the cheese and chop the onion. By the way, it is better to cut it into half rings, so the dish will turn out more beautiful in the end, and more convenient to use.

Next, mix mayonnaise or sour cream with spices and spread the resulting sauce on pieces of meat. After that, put the onion on the meat, sprinkle with cheese on top and send it to the oven. Pork with cheese in the oven should be baked at a temperature of 180 ° C for about half an hour.

  1. The first step will be to cut the meat into pieces and beat it well, immediately after that, s alt and pepper.
  2. Mix mayonnaise or sour cream with garlic crushed in a garlic press and chopped herbs to get a sauce.
  3. Tomatoes, along with potatoes, cut into thin circles, and onions, too, into rings or half rings.
