Thus, putting wheat flour in a pan, it is thoroughly fried over low heat. At the same time, the product is regularly stirred with a large spoon so that it does not burn, but browns evenly. If the flour turns into lumps, then they should be crushed.
As soon as the wheat product darkens, put a piece of butter on it and continue to fry without removing the pan from the stove. Having achieved the absorption of all the cooking oil, pour milk (or plain water) into the dishes in a stream and add sugar and s alt to taste.
Thoroughly mixing the ingredients, they are boiled for about 5-8 minutes. During this time, the flour porridge should thicken and become quite viscous.
