- 2 ripe apples;
- 200 ml sour cream;
- raisins, sugar, cinnamon and refined oil.
The cottage cheese rubbed through a sieve is combined with an egg,chopped apples and pre-boiled buckwheat. Sour cream, sugar, cinnamon and steamed raisins are also sent there. Everything is mixed well and distributed over the bottom of a greased heat-resistant container. Cook the casserole at standard temperature for about fifteen minutes.

- 2 cups buckwheat;
- 2 selected eggs;
- ½ cup pasteurized milk;
- 1 tbsp l. honey;
- glass of flour;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- large sweet apple;
- s alt and refined oil.
S alted milk and honey are added to beaten eggs. Baking powder and oxygenated flour are poured into the resulting liquid. Pureed cooked cereals and a chopped apple are also sent there. The resulting dough is spooned into a hot, greased pan and fried on both sides until lightly browned.
Porridge with chicken

Onions and carrots are sautéed in a greased heated frying pan. After some time, chopped mushrooms and s alt are added to them. The resulting roast is mixed with pre-boiled buckwheat and chopped heat-treated eggs.

This low-calorie sweet buckwheat dish will be enjoyed by even those who deny themselves everything to get rid of extra pounds. To make these cookies you will need:
- 150 ml yogurt;
- a glass of buckwheat;
- 2 ripe sweet apples;
- 1 tbsp. l. rye bran and flower honey;
- 1 tsp olive oil.
The ground cereal is combined with bran, kefir and honey. Grated apples and olive oil are also added there. All mix well until smooth. Cookies are formed from the resulting dough and sent to the oven, heated to 150 degrees.
Chicken stuffed with porridge and mushrooms
This is one of the most interesting holiday buckwheat recipes. You can see the photo of the treat itself a little later, but now let's find out what ingredients are included in its composition. For hiscooking you will need:
- Chilled chicken carcass.
- A glass of buckwheat.
- 200 g mushrooms.
- Medium carrot.
- Small onion.

- 400g buckwheat;
- 400g canned tomatoes;
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes;
- 75 g cheese;
- 600 ml fresh vegetable broth;
- 40g black olives;
- 2 small onions;
- 30g mint;
- refined oil, s alt, chilli powder and sugar.
Chopped onions are sauteed in a greased thick-bottomed pan. A few minutes later, ground chili pepper, buckwheat, canned tomatoes with juice, broth, a pinch of sugar, mint leaves and sun-dried tomatoes are added to it. All this is s alted, brought to a boil and boiled under a lid over low heat.
Not earlier than ten minutes later, mint is taken out of the pan, and chopped olives and crumbled cheese are added instead. All this is briefly insisted in a sealed container and laid out on plates.
Mushroom soup
This appetizing and very fragrant dish will add some variety to the family menu. It is prepared from simple and inexpensive products and can be a good option for a delicious lunch. To make this soup you will need:
- 500 g honey mushrooms or any other fresh mushrooms;
- 100g dry buckwheat;
- 2.5L filtered water;
- 4 small potatoes;
- medium onion;
- medium-sized carrot;
- refined oil, s alt and seasonings.
In a saucepan filled with boiling water, spread the passivated chopped onion and chopped fried carrots. Pre-washed and cut mushrooms are also sent there.
After a quarter of an hour, sorted buckwheat and s alt are poured into a pot with bubbling broth and continue to cook under the lid. Five minutes later, the future soup is supplemented with potato wedges and spices. All this is brought to full readiness, insisted and poured into beautiful deep plates.
Optional, hotmushroom soup with buckwheat can be seasoned with fresh sour cream or a little butter.
