Required ingredients:

  • packaging ready-made lavash;
  • cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs;
  • granulated sugar - 50 g;
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • raisins - 50 g;
  • dried apricots - 50g

To begin with, beat the chicken eggs and add sugar to them, mix everything thoroughly and bring to a homogeneous state. Then grind the curdpour raisins and dried apricots, add sour cream and pour the egg mixture. With wet hands, mix the resulting mass and roll out the pita bread. If desired, the filling can be whipped with a mixer or immersion blender. This will make it softer and fluffier.

  • lavash;

  • sour cream - 50 grams.
