Vegan mayonnaise recipe is as follows:
- Vegetable oil (300 ml) and cold soy milk (150 ml) are blended with an immersion blender until a smooth emulsion is obtainedwhite.
- Spices are added to the base for mayonnaise: table mustard (1 tablespoon), lemon juice (2 tablespoons), s alt to taste, a little sugar and pepper.
- All ingredients are well whipped with a blender until a thick consistency is obtained. If the mayonnaise is still runny, you can add some lemon juice.
Instead of soy milk, you can use any other, but always of plant origin (coconut, almond, etc.). The key is to keep it well chilled. Lenten bean mayonnaise
Mayonnaise, prepared according to the recipe below, is identical in color, taste and consistency to traditional egg yolk mayonnaise. At the same time, it is prepared only on the basis of white beans (canned or boiled) and vegetable oil.
How to make vegan bean mayonnaise, we tell in detail:
- Drain all liquid from a 380 ml can of canned white beans. You can also take the same amount of boiledbeans without water.
- Pour the contents of the jar into a blender and grind to a thick paste.
- Add vegetable oil (300 ml) and continue beating for another minute.
- Add a little s alt and sugar (½ teaspoon each), dry mustard (1 teaspoon) and lemon juice (2 tablespoons) to the chopped beans. The last ingredient, if necessary, can be replaced with a tablespoon of vinegar. Optionally, you can add dried or fresh herbs.
- Beat all the ingredients together for the last time, and you can use the mayonnaise for its intended purpose.
Total mayonnaise preparation time for this recipe is no more than 5 minutes.
He althy cashew mayonnaise
Uniform in texture, natural and delicious mayonnaise is made from cashew nuts. For its preparation, a minimum of ingredients is used, and the taste is simply excellent. Before cooking, soak nuts overnight or overnight in cold water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
Vegan cashew mayonnaise can be made in many ways:
