Dukan Mayonnaise
There are several recipes for this sauce. Some people make it using raw egg yolks, while others prefer to boil them. You can use chicken or quail eggs. The second difference is oil. Only vaseline is allowed for the attack phase, in later stages you can replace it with a few drops of olive or sunflower oil. Well, some people cook Dukan mayonnaise without it at all.
What products will be required
- fat-free soft cottage cheese - a couple of tablespoons (in the absence of such, you can scroll the usual one with the addition of kefir or low-fat neutral yogurt);
- mustard - a teaspoon (you can put more sweet, but you should be careful with spicy);
- boiled egg yolk - one if the egg is large;
- spices and s alt optional;
- lemon juice - a third of a teaspoon;
- balsamic vinegar - a few drops.
How to cook
First, the yolk is whipped a little, then the rest of the ingredients are added to it. It is better to mix using a blender, as the process will take about ten minutes. You can supplement the sauce with a small amount of sweetener.
