You can cook horseradish yourself or take ready-made. The homemade product is, of course, preferable, as it is more fragrant and vigorous. For salad take:

  • a couple of carrots;
  • smoked breast of one chicken;
  • five eggs;
  • onion;
  • five small potato tubers;
  • mayonnaise.

The main cooking time is spent on boiling eggs and vegetables. Let's start cooking:

  1. Needdice the onion and marinate in a solution of vinegar, sugar, cloves and bay leaves for a couple of hours.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes, rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Chop the breast into small cubes.
  4. Cover the bottom of a flat dish with a thin layer of horseradish.
  5. Spread the smoked breast salad in layers: potatoes - mayonnaise - breast - onion - carrot - mayonnaise - grated eggs.

Wonderful light salad for a festive feast. For a dietary version of the dish, instead of smoked, you should take boiled breast, and as a dressing - oil diluted with lemon juice. Prepare:

  • one chicken breast;
  • five eggs;
  • cheese (hard cheese, about 100 g);
  • cucumber with thin skin;
  • onion (purple);
  • vinegar (ideally apple).

Italian salad step by step:

  1. Marinate onion half rings for half an hour.
  2. Clean hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Cut them together with chicken and cucumber into thin strips.
  4. Grate cheese (coarse).
  5. Mix all ingredients gently and season with mayonnaise.
  6. Put the smoked breast salad into a salad bowl, arrange as desired.

Do you want to surprise your guests? Such an original, with a refreshing taste, a salad of smoked breasts will be remembered for a long time. You can, of course, take walnuts, but the pecan dish will bemore refined and unique. You will need the following products:

  • half a kilo of breasts;
  • green bell pepper;
  • half a cup of nuts;
  • a couple of celery stalks;
  • can of pineapples;
  • a small lemon;
  • green onions (small bunch);
  • mayonnaise.

Let's start cooking a delicious salad:

  1. Cut the breast into thin slices.
  2. Drain pineapples, cut into cubes.
  3. Cut the celery stalks and onion stalks across into small plates.
  4. Chop lightly toasted pecans.
  5. Green fleshy pepper cut into cubes.
  6. Combine all products, s alt, pepper and mix gently. Sprinkle the salad with squeezed lemon juice, season with mayonnaise. Top the salad of smoked breasts with sprigs of basil and parsley. Cover the salad bowl with foil, let stand for half an hour in a cool place, ideally in the refrigerator.
