How to make pancake batter?

- liter of milk;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- granulated sugar - 1 tsp;

- as much baking soda;
- sifted wheat flour - 2.5 cups;
- vegetable oil - 4-5 tbsp. spoons.
Eggs in a separate bowl are beaten with a whisk until foamy. Milk is heated to a slightly warm state and mixed with eggs. Then add dry ingredients and knead. After that, add the right amount of oil, beat until smooth with a whisk. To fill the dough with oxygen, you need to perform a procedure tested by specialists. The batter is collected in a ladle and poured back into the bowl several times. After that, the dough is set aside for a quarter of an hour. When it is well infused, you can start cooking spring rolls.
On a heated frying pan is poured quite a bit of vegetable oil. Since it is part of the dough, it actually only lubricates the original frying pan. For the second pancake, it is no longer poured.
