  1. Remove the tuna from the can and lightly dry it with paper towels (to remove excess fat). Grind it a little and put it in a bowl, add mayonnaise and tomato paste there. Kill everything in a blender or grind with a fork. You should get a homogeneous mass.

To prepare a delicious salad on the festive table, you need to take three cucumbers, a few bell peppers, a salad mix - 300 g, one pomegranate, a package of Feta cheese, 500 g of pork neck and walnuts. Here, not only meat is marinated, but also vegetables, you need to add a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, sugar and water to the marinade for vegetables.

Meatmarinated in rosemary, thyme, garlic and vegetable oil. A mixture of mayonnaise and yogurt is used as a salad dressing. These products should be taken in equal proportions of 200 grams. You can also add some lemon juice to the dressing.

Cooking process

The salad takes a long time to cook, so you need to prepare all the ingredients for it in advance. Follow the step by step instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, mix water, sugar and vinegar, bring the mixture to a boil, boil a little. Set aside and let liquid cool to room temperature.
  2. Bulgarian pepper cut into strips, and cucumbers into half rings or also into strips, there are no strict criteria in the recipe regarding the shape of the cut. Place the vegetables in the cooled liquid in a saucepan. Leave them there for 1 hour. Clear the pomegranate.
  3. Cut the meat into sufficiently large pieces (as in the photo below), marinate in spices with vegetable oil. Fry the neck in a grill pan or in a regular pan with a thick bottom. After that, put the meat in the oven and bring it to full readiness. Usually, about 20 minutes is enough for this when the oven is heated to 200 degrees.

  5. In a bowl, mix natural yogurt with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Optionally, you can add one clove of minced garlic.
  6. Pick lettuce leaves with your hands, put them in a bowl and stir with 2/3 of the mayonnaise and yogurt sauce.
  7. Put the salad on a plate, top with vegetables and diced cheeseFeta.
  8. Cut the meat into cubes or strips, put it on the very top of the salad, sprinkle with pomegranate and pour over the rest of the salad dressing. This completes the process of preparing a delicious salad for the festive table. It remains only to decorate with greenery and serve.

If desired, the dish can be supplemented with a small amount of grated parmesan, which is sprinkled on top of all ingredients.

Hot dish on the festive table

This dish is sure to please the entire male part of the banquet. It uses pork shoulder, which is cooked in an original and rather spicy marinade. The meat is incredibly tender and tasty, be sure to try this dish.

For a festive table of 10 people, you need to take 2 kg of pork shoulder, 200 g of soy sauce, 200 g of spicy Abkhazian adjika, 100 g of honey and one lemon. From spices, you need to use coriander, red and black ground pepper, paprika. As you can see, in this case, the minimum number of ingredients is used.

Cooking the main course

The meat should be cut into large cubes (like a barbecue), put it in a cauldron or any other similar dish. Add all of the above ingredients, mix thoroughly and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Note! The meat must be marinated long enough, otherwise it will not reach the desired softness and taste. Overnight is the minimum marinating time.

Now you need to preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees, cover the cauldron with a lid and put it to cook. Meatmust undergo heat treatment in the oven for two hours. This is the optimal cooking time for this dish. If the meat is in the oven for more than this time, it will simply begin to disintegrate into fibers, then you will no longer get a hot meat dish, but a stew.

Serve the dish in deep bowls along with the sauce. When serving, you can sprinkle with parsley, dill or cilantro.

Today, there are many different products that can be cut into a banquet table as a light snack. These can be cheese plates, in which case you will need several types of cheese: regular hard, camembert, feta, parmesan and roquefort.
