Recipe for candied watermelon rinds
Actually, to be honest, you don't need to wait until you come across a tasteless watermelon, just as you don't need to specifically look for such an instance. Candied watermelon rind can also be made from a sweet, round treat. The main thing is that it has a thick enough crust. You will gladly eat all the red pulp, and inedible (as you thought before) parts insteadbin will go to the pot.
In order to make candied fruits from watermelon peel, you need to remove everything superfluous from it - the outer hard green shell and traces of red pulp. After that, cut them into cubes or sticks. The size of the pieces should not be very large. It is enough if they vary within one centimeter.

But you can try right away.
