- Cut the eel and cucumber into small pieces.

- Serve with marinated ginger and soy sauce.
Eel with mushrooms
We need: smoked eel 300 grams, bunchlettuce leaves, 300 grams of champignons, a little olive oil, three medium-sized pickled cucumbers, a couple of tomatoes, a bunch of green onions, lemon juice, as a spice - paprika, sea s alt and ground black pepper.
Cooking
- Eel freed from seeds and skins. Cut into slices.
