In fact, soup with canned red beans and chicken is cooked no longer than ordinary chicken broth dishes. The whole process can be reduced to the following algorithm:
- Rinse the chicken carcass parts and place in a container. Pour about two and a half liters of water here and put laurel leaves. Place the container on the stove.
- When the water in the container boils, reduce the heating temperature. Boil the chicken broth for half an hour. At the same time, the contents of the container should boil slightly.
- Remove the chicken from the broth and leave for a while to cool the meat. Discard the bay leaf.
- Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut into cubes, add to the broth.
- Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Saute the onion in vegetable oil for 3 minutes. It should become transparent.
- Peel and chop the carrots and add to the onion.
- Sauté the vegetables for a few more minutes, then add the tomato paste and 2 tablespoons chicken broth. Don't forget to add some pepper and s alt. Mix everything thoroughly and remove from the stove.
- When the potatoes are cooked, add the fried soup to the soup. To do this, pour half of the broth into a container with vegetables, and then pour everything into a saucepan.
- Open the canned beans and remove the meat from the bones. Add these ingredients to your soup.
- After 5 minutes, s alt and pepper the dish, but do not forget that you added s alt to the frying.
- Simmer the soup for another 5 minutes. During this time, rinse and chop fresh herbs. Remove soup from cannedbeans and chicken from the stove, add greens and leave covered for 15 minutes.

- canned but white beans - 350-400 g;
- onion - 110 g;
- carrots - 140 g;
- potatoes - 450 g;
- vegetable oil - 18 g;
- laurel;
- ground chili;
- black pepper;
- non-chlorinated water - 2 l;
- s alt.

As in the previous recipe, the cooking process takes a little time, and to be more precise, no more than 40 minutes. Well let's get started:
- Wash the chicken thoroughly, place in a container, fill with water and put to boil on the stove.
- While the poultry meat is boiling, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Peel and chop potatoes. It can be bars or cubes - it doesn't matter. The main thing is to be pleasing to the eye.
- After 15 minutes after boiling water, add potatoes, laurel, pepper, ground chili and s alt to the broth.
- Peel the onion, chop it the way you like, and send it to saute in vegetable oil. Make sure that the product does not overcook. The onion should turn golden.
- Peel and chop the carrots. You can use a regular grater for this. When the onion turns golden, add the carrots to the pan. Sauté the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
- When the chicken and potatoes are ready, add the canned white beans and then the sautéed vegetables to the bowl.
- Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
