For him you need to take:
- 300 g flour;
- 150 g sugar (less possible);
- 50g bird cherry flour;
- 0.5 tsp soda;
- a pinch of s alt.
Mix dry ingredients. Add:
- 200 ml water (juice or milk);
- 50-100ml refined vegetable oil.
Mix well, pour into a mold, bake until tender (check with a toothpick).
Piece flour cake can be cut into two layers and glued togethersour cream whipped with sugar. Refrigerate for a few hours to soak.

For it you need to beat 2 eggs with 100 grams of sugar and 200 grams of sour cream, add 50-60 grams of bird cherry flour and a pinch of soda.
Pour in 100 grams of flour, mix quickly and pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten and bake for 12-15 minutes. It is important not to overdry.
Use soft cottage cheese with cream and powdered sugar, cream cheese or sweet curd mass as a filling.
Spread the baked biscuit and gently roll up the roll. Decorate with fondant, powdered sugar and/or coconut flakes.
