ATthe berry mass, which turned out after processing, should be added granulated sugar, mix everything thoroughly and put in pre-sterilized jars. After that, the filled glass container should be sterilized again for 10-20 minutes in boiling water. After this period, the resulting jam should be closed with boiled lids and rolled up.

Cranberry jam with apples is a wonderful treat, which is not only a tasty and fragrant delicacy, but also quite a useful product. It is recommended to consume this jam for both adults and children.

To make jam, you need the following products:

  • apples - 1 kg;
  • berry - 4 tbsp.;
  • sugar - 1.2 kg;
  • water - 300 ml;
  • lemon - 2 pieces

Prepared apples should be washed, peeled and seeded, and then cut into small cubes. For the preparation of delicacies, it is desirable to use soft varieties of fruits.
