Pan fried lobsters

For 1 kg of lobsters you will need:

  • thyme, rosemary to taste.

Make garlic cream sauce. For 1 kg of lobsters you will need:

  • 0.5 liters of heavy cream;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • a few green onions or shallots;
  • a few garlic cloves;
  • a little cooking oil;
  • greens to taste.

Green onion with garlic cloves chop in a blender. Heat the vegetable oil, add and lightly fry the flour in it, pour in the cream. While stirring, bring to a boil, lower the onion and garlic mass, add finely chopped greens and cover for 5-10 minutes.
