So, dissolve sugar, s alt in water, add citric acid and sifted flour and knead the dough well so that there are no lumps. Then add vegetable oil and soda. Mix everything well. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, heat it up and bake pancakes over medium heat.

  • sugar (4 tsp);
  • mineral water (500 ml);
  • half tsp s alt;

  • 250 ml green or black tea;
  • two-three art. l. sugar;
  • one tsp. baking powder;

Make tea first, then cool it. Now pour into a deep bowl and add sugar, vegetable oil and s alt. Mix everything with a whisk. Then gradually stir in the flour. If you want the pancakes to be thick, add a couple more tbsp. l. flour.

To create this dish you need the following ingredients:

  • soda (1 tsp);
  • a couple of glasses of flour;
  • lean oil (2 tablespoons);
  • tomato or cucumber pickle (1 l).

  • half a cup of soy milk;

To make these pancakes you need to have:

  • one and a half cups of flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l.vegetable oil;
  • 5 tsp sugar;
  • 10g pressed fresh yeast (or 3g dry);
  • half tsp s alt;
  • 300 ml of water.

In a deep bowl, combine the flour with four teaspoons of sugar. Pour a glass of warm water into it and set aside for 15 minutes. Start preparing the steam. To do this, dissolve in warm water (100 ml) yeast and one tsp. sugar until foamy. Now pour the prepared dough into the dough, mix and wait until bubbles appear on its surface.

Next, pour vegetable oil into the dough, add s alt, mix and bake pancakes on a heated frying pan on both sides. By the way, they will be thick. If you want thin pancakes, add more water (100 ml) to the batter.

These pancakes are good with a little extra. To do this, soak dried washed mushrooms for 3 hours, boil, cut into small pieces and fry. Add chopped and lightly fried onions or green onions to them. Next, spread the pastries in the pan, fill them with dough and fry like simple pancakes.

  • pressed fresh yeast (25g);
  • 2, 5 tbsp. wheat flour;
  • a third cup of buckwheat flour;

In the evening, knead a thick dough of water, yeast, buckwheat and ½ part of wheat flour and put it in a cold place. Add the rest the next dayflour, s alt, sugar and let the dough rise. Half an hour before baking pancakes, pour so much warm water into the dough so that it becomes thick, like sour cream. Stir it. Now you can bake pancakes.

To create this dish you need to take:

  • water (4 glasses);
  • 1 tsp s alt;
  • flour (2.5 tbsp.);
  • 2 tbsp. l. sugar;
  • 2 cups of oatmeal;
  • starch (2 tsp);
  • lean oil (4 tablespoons);
  • half tsp soda.

So, fill the oatmeal with water at night, and strain the resulting mass in the morning. You should have 900 ml of oat milk. Mix it with flour, sugar, soda and s alt. Pour in vegetable oil (3 tablespoons), beat with a whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Lubricate the heated pan with vegetable oil and start fryingpancakes.

  • coarse flour (120 g);
