Franz Stollwerk paid due attention to advertising. He disseminated information not only in newspapers, but also on trains, on ships, using a plate with color images. One of the innovations of the German manufacturer is the chocolate vending machine, which appeared in 1880. They had an exquisite look, a mirror, a clock and a barometer.
Dark chocolate has been shaped in various ways since 1840 by Berwaerts in Belgium. This is the first company that brought the production of figured treats to a new level.
For the first time in 1870, Henry Nestlé made a bar of milk chocolate. Instead of bitterness, a creamy sweetish taste appeared. Over time, various recipes and the latest technologies have brought taste sensations to perfection.
