  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • baking soda - 1 teaspoon (slaked with vinegar or lemon juice);
  • table s alt - 1 teaspoon;
  • baking flour - 300 grams.

If desired, this list can be supplemented with either ground nuts or dried fruits.

How to cook Condensed Milk Rolls

Special in the recipeattention is paid to the preparatory stage. The cooking process begins with sifting flour. The more carefully this is done, the more airy the baking will turn out. Add s alt and soda to the flour, then mix thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, beat the mixture of egg and condensed milk with a mixer. To do this, it is advisable to use spiral nozzles that will help achieve the most airy consistency. At the last minute of whipping - but without stopping the process - you need to add vegetable oil to the mixture.

The finished dough must be wrapped in cellophane and left to "reach" for 15 minutes.

In order to form small balls, the dough is divided into five parts, and then each of them into another ten. From the resulting pieces, sausages are formed and their edges are connected so that rings are obtained. As a result, there will be fifty rolls on the table.
