  • 600 grams of potatoes;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 leek;
  • 6 chicken drumsticks;
  • 300 grams of mushrooms;
  • 500 grams of puff pastry (you can use both store-bought and homemade);
  • 50 milliliters of milk;
  • 100 milliliters of vegetable oil;
  • 0, 5 teaspoons chicken spice;
  • 1 teaspoon s alt.

  1. Sprinkle the drumsticks with s alt and spices and send to a hot frying pan. Frying time in vegetable oil varies from 25 to 30 minutes. Fried legs must be cooled immediately after they are cooked.
  2. In the same oil that we fried the chicken drumsticks, fry the chopped onion and mushrooms, cut into larger pieces, into small cubes. The frying time is determined by the browning and evaporation of all the liquid from the pan, that is, it will take approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Cooking mashed potatoes. We wash and clean the potatoes. If the potatoes are young, then cook them until fully cooked for 15 minutes in s alted water. Old potatoes will take 30 minutes to cook, so if you are in a hurry, it is better to buy new potatoes in advance, even if it takes time to find them. After we boil the potatoes in s alted water until fully cooked, we drain the hot liquid and mash the potatoes with a potato masher until they are mashed. Add s alt to tasteif you want to.
