Let's take four medium-sized breasts, one hundred grams of durum cheese, one onion, parsnips - one thing, oneegg, a tablespoon of butter, three tablespoons of sour cream and s alt and pepper to taste. To prepare Picada sauce, you need to take parsley, almonds and garlic. We wash the meat, beat off large parts from the inside, s alt and pepper.
Let it soak. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Cut the remaining small pieces of meat into small strips and set aside in a container for mixing the ingredients. Rinse the parsnips, peel and cut into thin strips. Onion cut into half rings. Fry it in butter over high heat for about three minutes. Mix with stuffing. Then grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Add pepper, s alt and mix. Now you can spread the resulting filling in an even layer on the prepared layers of meat.
