After 2-3 minutes, pour the meat with water (1 cup) mixed with a spoonful of ketchup. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. At this time, cut into circles 1 carrot. We take a kilogram of potatoes and cut each tuber into 4 parts. We prepare sour cream sauce: mix 150 ml of sour cream, 150 ml of mayonnaise, pepper and s alt in a bowl.
