Half a large onion is cut into quarters of rings and marinated in diluted vinegar with spices for five minutes. Pickled cucumbers (four things, medium size), a heart and two hundred grams of cheese are cut into strips, combined with squeezed onions, peppered and seasoned with mayonnaise.

The main ingredient is boiled for it. Since the heart is usually small, take two. In another container, five hard-boiled eggs are boiled. A small onion is finely chopped - it will also go into a salad with a pork heart. The recipe calls for the onion to be fried until golden brown. A bunch of onion-feather is chopped into small rings. Liquid is drained from a 250-gram can of corn. Two pickled cucumbers, a heart and eggs are chopped approximately the same, mixed with corn and onions, seasoned with mayonnaise and spices - and the dish rushes to the table.

Very spicy and unusual pork heart salad! The recipe recommends taking two hundred grams of walnut kernels and the same amount of good cheese for two standard offal. Hearts are boiled, peeled and cut into cubes. Nuts are crushed, but not crumbly, but rather large. Cheese is rubbed on the largest grater. The salad is dressed with mayonnaise, s alt and spices and goes to the bottom of the refrigerator for an hour to infuse.
Beet salad
The heart is boiled in one saucepan, beets of the same size - in another. The offal crumbles into small cubes. The beetroot can be coarsely grated or cut like a heart. Now mushrooms. You can put marinated ones (small ones are poured whole), you can chop the mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil. Two fresh cucumbers are cut like a heart. Bulb - quarters of rings. If desired, you can add a little garlic. And for dressing, sour cream with mayonnaise is used (usually in equal parts, but if you like mayonnaise more, increase its proportion). Even better is this salad of pork heart with pickled onions: it must be quickly scalded with boiling water and left for five minutes in lemon juice.
Potato-mushroom salad
Very satisfying, quite suitable as an independent dish. Four large potatoes are boiled and cut into small cubes. Five hard-boiled eggs are separated: whites are rubbed coarsely, yolks - in another bowl - finely. A third of a kilogram of mushrooms is strained from the marinade. It remains to collect the salad. We layer the pork heart with mushrooms with potatoes; offal comes first. The upper layer is made from eggs: first, proteins are poured, yolks are poured on them. Each layer, except for the egg layer, is smeared with mayonnaise and slightlypeppered.
Dish with Korean carrots
Another pork heart salad with pickled onions, which emphasizes the taste of Korean carrots in it. A pound of offal is boiled, when cooled down, everything superfluous is removed from it, and clean meat is cut into cubes. Quite unusual and very tasty pork heart salad! Of course, it is boiled itself, and in addition to the traditional laurel and peppercorns, a couple of cloves of garlic (whole) are added to the water. Now cut: bell pepper (three different colors), carrot, tomato without peel and onion. All this is fried in vegetable oil, and quickly and separately. Bread cubes are dried in the oven; when they have already dried up a little, they need to be dipped in garlic juice and only then dried. All components are carefully mixed, seasoned with pepper, mayonnaise and s alt - and the treat is immediately rushed to the eaters until the croutons are soaked. If you want to make a large amount of pork heart salad according to this recipe, top up the croutons just before serving.
