Method of cooking chops

Consider the classic recipe for chops in a slow cooker. For them you will need:

  • Pork - 700g
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs
  • Flour - 5 tbsp. l.

First, rinse the meat and dry it with paper towels. Next, cut the tenderloin into small slices across the grain. Each piece should be 2-3 cm thick. Beat each steak on both sides. To avoid splashing yourself and the kitchen, cover the meat with cling film or put it in a food bag.
