Ingredients for lean pork pilaf

For cooking pilaf, use lean meat. Take the following ingredients for the pork pilaf in the Redmond slow cooker:

  • long grain rice - 150 grams;
  • carrots - 2 pieces;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • lean pork - 500 grams;
  • sunflower oil - 50 ml;
  • s alt - 10 grams;
  • pepper - 4 grams;
  • garlic - 1 head;
  • water - 220 ml;
  • seasoning for pilaf - 10 grams.

Cooking lean pork pilaf

Follow the following cooking steps:

  1. Rinse the meat well and cut into cubes. If the meat was in the freezer, then wait until the product becomes soft. It is not recommended to defrost meat in warm water.
  2. Carrots clean, wash and cut into large strips. The easiest way to do this is to cut the carrots lengthwise, then cut each half crosswise. Cut the resulting pieces into plates about a centimeter thick. Put the plates together and cut into strips.
  3. Clean the onion. Cut into half rings or large cubes.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the "Frying" mode. The cooking time does not need to be set - it will be set automatically. Wait until the multicooker reaches the required temperature for frying. Put the meat in the slow cooker and close the lid of the appliance.
  5. After five minutes, open the lid and s alt the meat. Stir the contents of the multibowl. At this point, you need to monitor the pork - it should not be fried too much. Stir the meat if necessary.
  6. After 15 minutes, put the onion in the multicooker bowl and mix everything. Fry the ingredients with the lid closed for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  7. Then put the carrots in the multicooker bowl. Mix everything and fry for another 5 minutes.
  8. While the meat and vegetables are roasting, take care of the rice. Sort through the cereal, remove all debris and dark rice from it. Rinse the rice in cold water.
  9. Turn off the multicooker and open the appliance lid. Stir the contents of the multicooker bowl again, add rice. Do not stir!
  10. Gently smooth the rice over the surface with a wooden spatula or spoon.
  11. Pour one glass of water (220 ml) on top. Do it slowly. Water should not wash out the grits.
  12. Add s alt, pepper and pilaf seasoning.
  13. It remains to put garlic in the multicooker bowl. Rinse, peel and finely chop. Young garlic does not need to be peeled, just rinsed in cold water and chopped.
  14. Place the garlic pieces in the rice so that the vegetable slices are evenly spaced from each other.
  15. Now you can close the lid and set the Pilaf mode.
  16. No need to stir the contents. There is no need to set the cooking time for pork pilaf in the Redmond multicooker.
  17. Turn off the multicooker when the alarm sounds. Open the lid of the appliance and stir the contents of the multibowl with a wooden spatula.
  18. Now you can already enjoy the fragrant and appetizing pilaf. If you did everything right, then the rice will turn out crumbly, and the meat will be juicy. If desired, decorate the finished dish with herbs.

Ingredients for Pilaf with Pork Ribs

Pilaf in a slow cooker with pork ribs is especially tasty. The dish turns out to be hearty, appetizing, and will undoubtedly please you and your family.

So, you will need the following ingredients:

  • pork ribs - 300 grams;
  • long grain rice - 250 grams;
  • carrots - 2 pieces;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • garlic - whole;
  • s alt - 10 grams;
  • bay leaf - 2 pieces;
  • sunflower oil - 50 ml;
  • meat broth - 220 ml (glass);
  • seasoning for pilaf - 10 grams;
  • s alt - 12 grams.

The process of cooking pilaf with pork ribs

  1. Pork ribs rinse well. Pour water into a small saucepan and put them there. Boil the ribs for 20 minutes after boiling. Remove the product from the water and place on a dish. Do not pour out the broth.
  2. Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl and set the "Frying" mode. Wait 4-5 minutes for the oil to warm up.
  3. Place the pork ribs in the multi bowl.

  12. Turn on the "Pilaf" mode and cook the dish until the end of the program. In some Redmond multicookers there is no Pilaf mode. In this case, you need to install the program "Rice" or "Cereals". How to cook friable rice in a slow cooker? Just don't stir the grits during cooking.
