Tomatoes need to be cut and grated with s alt. Mix the chopped greens with garlic and stuff the vegetables with this mixture. Put prepared tomatoes tightly in a saucepan: they should lie in it for ten days (in the cold). Periodically they should be mixed for uniform impregnation with juice. After that, you can boil it and roll it into jars.

You can change the recipe a little. After the preparatory procedures, starttomatoes cut from the side of the stalk with a whole clove of garlic, parsley, celery. You will need one and a half kilograms of very green or slightly browned vegetables, two hundred grams of apples (preferably Antonovka), three hundred grams of onions, wine vinegar (eight percent, two tablespoons), a little sugar, s alt, ground allspice and a teaspoon of coarse-grained mustard.

Cut the tomatoes in half after they have been washed and dried. Remove seeds and partitions. Pass the onion and the core of the cut tomatoes through a meat grinder, then s alt and leave for three hours. Washed apples should be cut into slices. Tomatoes - thin straws. Put everything in a saucepan, pour the mixture with twisted onions. Add spices and all other ingredients. Cook chutney until thickened over low heat, pour into jars and roll up, then store in a cool place.
